Upper body mobility WITH strength

Mobility training is about improving your ability to move. Day-to-day, our movements have to come with the ability to produce force. Once you acquire the ability to move freely, you should improve the ability to move forcibly!

Mobility + Strength = MOVEMENT FREEDOM!

In this mini series, we train shoulder flexion and more advanced upper body movements with the added challenge of external weights.  Make sure you work your way up to this class with some of our body-weight upper body classes.
