About Kinstretch

On the 1st and 15th of every month, you will gain access to an Upper Body and Lower Body Kinstretch Class. In each class, we will go through a full training routine, including regressions and progressions for each exercise. Dr. Broser will help determine where you stand in your current mobility. There will also be a supplemental pdf workbook for each class to review key concepts, class objectives, and movement modifications. This workbook provides you with the tools to progress each class as you progress. You have over 2 weeks to practice each class, to push yourself a little further every time, to learn how to move and expand your movement potential.

We’re evolving. We are always adding and creating new content for our members. As we add content for our members, we try to adjust the layout for ease of use! We encourage you to let us know what you like, what needs improvement and what you’d like more of! 

It depends on you! We wish you could just watch our videos and magically move better. You will still learn,  but in order to to make real, lasting change in your body, you need to put in the time and repetitions.  The Kinstretch classes are specifically programmed and structured to make the difference, so as little as 10 minutes a day, will go a long way!

On day 1 of a new class release, you should determine where you are at on the regression/progression spectrum for each exercise in the class. The PDF workbook helps you find this. Your goal is to be able to progress each exercise as much as you can before the release of the next classes. Take a video of yourself doing the class for the first time, then record yourself doing it the last time.  

Compare and ask yourself:  Am I doing the movements with better control? Where did I progress the most? Which movements do I need to work on more?

2 weeks gives you sufficient time to learn the movements, make changes in your body, and move better. After repeatedly  practicing the same movement,  there comes a point of diminishing returns – you will peak and the gains you make in each class begin to lessen.  We need to avoid this. The goal is to change the training stimulus right before you start to see these diminishing returns in your Kinstretch practice. That is when we release 2 new class! Classes are programmed to build off the previous classes, give your body a fresh new training stimulus, and keep your progress going
