Kinstretch for Runners is an 8-week structured, guided training program designed specifically for the demands of running. Dr. Mitch Broser will take you through a 4-blocked progressive advanced joint training program to help start running faster, running further and running more. This program is designed to:
- optimize joint health and function
- Increase strength and body control to enhance running performance
- Build tissue resilience and increase your ranges of motion to reduce the risk of running injuries
- Prepare your body to ramp up your running volume
- Make you a BETTER runner.
This program includes:
- Self-assessment and 15 minute initial consultation with Dr. Mitch Broser
- New Kinstretch classes released in 2-week blocks
- Structured programming (3x/week) with daily accessory work.
- Weekly email check-in with Dr. Broser
- Access to the Move Better Membership Kinstretch Express Classes during the program.
- Post-program re-assessment and exit interview.
