Own your splits!

  • Class Length: 16 minutes

In this class, we’ll be training lower body control from the split sit base position. We’ll be focusing on hamstring lengthening and hip flexion strength with control. We’ve trained these movement qualities in other classes, but now we’re upping the anti with some more challenging movements! Modify the movements to match your current movement capacity, then progress the movements as you MOVE BETTER.
