The slower you go the more control you show. If you have good body control, you OWN your body. You don’t think twice about how to move. Your body can subconsciously pick more efficient and effective ways to move to produce your goal movement (from exercise patterns to sports, even general activities). In this class, we’ll be training lower body strength and coordination in the forward and backward directions, otherwise known as the sagittal plane of motion.
