Lesson Progress:

In this class, we will be working from the 90/90 base position to train through full ranges of dynamic lower body movements. The focus will be on building rotational strength and control through all ranges of hip motion. After training specific areas of the hip workspace, we will finish by integrating everything into a compound lower body movement – the cossack squat. This class includes more advanced movements, but as always, every movement comes with modifications and alternative options.

This class is beneficial for:

  • Sedentary, desk/office workers
  • Active individuals & athletes (recreational and competitive)

Proceed with caution if:

  • You experience pain on the inside of your knee
  • History of hip or knee surgery
  • Current hip injury
