Spread Em’! – Straddle Base Training

Do you feel like your hamstrings or inner thighs are always tight? Is stretching not helping? Maybe you need to train your hamstrings and thighs to lengthen more! With disuse or a lack of training,  muscles can become more resistant to stretching over time. Therefore, isolated strength training in tissues while they are stretching helps increase tissue stretchiness with strength and control!

In this challenging lower body series, we will be training straight leg hip mobility and dynamic control to improve tissue stretchiness and resilience, working primarily from the straddle base position
