Achilles & Ankle (P)Rehab Program

Notes:

  • Complete the exercises at an intensity that does not increase symptoms.
  • Slowly increase intensity (effort, or exercise progressions) throughout each week.
  • Consider this 1 training block. You can repeat this program 2-3 times,  increasing intensity every training cycle.

Additional Training (including OFF days):

  • Morning CARs Routine once  + 10 additional repetitions of the Ankle CARs only, 3 times throughout the day.
