FULL BODY STRENGTH & MOBILITY

Welcome to our progressive ’12-Week Kinstretch with Mitch’ program.  Each  phase contains  an upper body and lower body class. Each class is 35-45 minutes long and includes a ‘Move Better Class Workbook’. 

The downloadable .pdf outlines the class format, objectives, key reminders, as well as regressions and progressions for each exercise. You will have unlimited access to these classes once completed.

The first time you watch the videos, you must watch them in their entirety and follow the “lessons” in sequence. The next time you go through the class, you can skip through to any part of the “lesson”.
