BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS

Banana Protein Muffins

Bake time: 12-15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 large, ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil 
  • 3/4 cup almond flour 
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or blueberries (optional)

STEPS:

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mash bananas
  • Add ‘wet ingredients’
  • Add dry ingredients
  • Pour into lined muffin tin (add maple syrup drizzle and salt to tops)
  • Bake for 12-15mins
  • Enjoy!
